How to Purchase

Purchasing & Payment

Read about the purchasing and payment options offered by Complete I.T. If you can't find the information you need, please use the Contact Us page or phone (02) 9011 6555 and get help from a Customer Service Representative

1. Search

Enter a product keyword or part number in the search box at the top left of the screen.
Click 'search'

2. Search Tips

For a more refined search click 'advanced' at the top left of the screen following the search button.

3. Information

At your search results, view extended description and product image by clicking the product 'name'.

4. Shopping

Click the 'BUY' button to add products to your basket. These will remain in your basket during your shopping session. You can view or remove items from your basket at any time.

5. Login

To purchase items you must be logged in as a member. If you are not yet a member click 'Become a Member' at the right of your screen.

6. Submit Order

Once you proceed with your order, you are guided through the purchasing process. You will receive an email to confirm your order.

7. Don't want to make your purchase online?

We are happy to take your order over the phone, however we will need confirmation via fax or email. If you have any further questions give us a call.

8. When is payment for my order required?

Payment is required before your order can be delivered to you, unless you have a Credit Account with Complete I.T.

9. What payment options do Complete I.T offer?

Complete I.T offers six payment options:

Pay by BPay * Recommended

BPay

(Protect yourself when shopping online)
We receive your payment Next Business Day for payments made prior to 5pm* Weekdays. This may vary, check with your institution. Weekend payments received Tuesday.

BPay using Credit/Debit Card or Cheque/Savings with NO SURCHARGE

* Refer to your Invoice for the BPay Reference Number. This number allows us to identify your payment for the order.


Advantages: We do not need to know, store, or transmit you Card Details, CCV, Signature, Drivers licence, etc.
This Information could be easily used years later to steal you money or your identity. In addition, you can pay using your Mastercard / Visa card and not have any Surcharge.

BPAY payments can be made via your financial institution either by Phone or Internet Banking. Once your payment has been processed (which can take up to 2 business days), your order will then be dispatched.

If you don't have BPAY set up or would like more information, ask your financial institution or visit www.bpay.com.au

HELPFUL HINT:Stock is not allocated to your order until full payment is received, so it is advised that you complete your BPAY transaction immediately after placing an order. Where a product does sell out, we will get in contact with delivery information.

Complete I.T does not accept non-Australian credit cards. Payment from international customers are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer only.

Pay by FlexiRent * Recommended

You will need to setup a FlexiRent account before using this payment option. Payment using FlexiRent is subject to approval before your order can be delivered.

Pay by Direct Deposit * Recommended
Payment from international customers is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Please use the information below to make an EFT payment:

Please remember to reference your payment with the Order Reference Number shown when you purchase online.

Once payment has been made via EFT, please notify Complete I.T by email or by phoning (02) 9011 6555. Please remember to quote the payment amount and Order Reference Number when contacting us.

We should receive your payment next Business Day for payments made prior to 5pm*, sooner if you have paid us before. May vary, please check with your institution. For cash deposits at any Westpac branch, we received same day - fastest method
Log on to your banks Internet or Phone Banking and use the pay anyone feature

Credit Account

Complete I.T offers credit account facilities to many of our business customers after formal credit approval.

Pay by Cheque

Complete I.T accepts company, bank and personal cheques. Bank Cheques are subject to clearance, normally taking three business days. Please include your Order Reference Number and mail your cheques to the address below:
