Product Information

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Complete IT website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Placing and Accepting Orders

All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only

For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check specification and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. Although our staff can offer advice, they cannot confirm product compatibility. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price at the time of receipt.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and Complete IT is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Complete IT is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Orders Department.

An order may be cancelled before it has been processed and payment has been accepted by us with no cancellation fee.

Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, the cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with suppliers who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Complete IT if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the supplier(s) to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

As a guide only, the couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

All delivery options require the Recipient to sign for delivery. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner's discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

International Orders

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept international orders, and can only deliver products within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and plan to launch an international distribution system in the near future. Please check the website for any updates in the regard.

Returns and Exchanges

At this stage, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. You or the recipient of an order cannot return an item that has been purchased from Complete IT because you or they are unsatisfied with the purchase decision / choice.

We only accept refunds for goods that are damaged upon receipt or prove faulty within the first 14 days of purchase. Your return is subject to review and acceptance by our suppliers and or the manufacturer's authorised repair agent.

Product Warranty

All our products are brand new and have the manufacturer's full warranty. The warranty period is generally 12 months from the purchase date (this is a guide only). Please check individual warranty provisions for your product in the product description. If you are unsure of the warranty period for your product, please e-mail us.

Goods that prove faulty after the first 7 days of purchase are subject to the manufacturer's warranty provisions. Generally speaking, the manufacturer's authorised repair agents administer all warranty-related issues. We have provided a complete list of manufacturer's and the contact number of their repair agents under the Warranty page. Please review this page and contact the relevant repair agent for your warranty needs.

If you are unsatisfied or are having problems resolving your warranty issue, please do not hesitate to contact our Warranty Department.

If a product is deemed to be faulty after 7 days of purchase, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card and as specified by the manufacturer.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery (DOA) you may return damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange the original product with a new one, and will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) upon inspection by our supplier's qualified technician (or the manufacturer's authorised repair agent) once we receive the return of the original goods. Alternatively, you may request that a full refund is provided to you. All refunds will be processed in the same method the funds were paid for originally.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority as one of Australia's most successful retailers; every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and carefree shopping experience. To streamline your return, we ask that you note the following:

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by emailing us at Admin Department (title of email should be RETURN).

The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. You also need to provide us with the following information when requesting an RMA number:

• Tax Invoice / Order Number
• Date of purchase
• Your contact details
• Product name / description
• Serial number of product purchased
• Reason for the return

If the product you are returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
Any return may void a multiple / bulk purchase discount.
Returns are generally received at our affiliated address shown below. However, once you email us at admin@completeit.net.au we will provide you with detailed instructions and steps you need to take to have the product returned to us. We will pay all courier costs for DOA returns**.

Complete IT Returns (RMA Number [XX*])

*Please ensure you have an RMA number before you return any products to this address otherwise the parcel cannot be accepted.

**Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Complete IT and re-delivery to you.

Returns and Refunds of items paid for by Gift Vouchers

For products purchased using a Complete IT gift voucher (or any part thereof), the amount paid by gift vouchers will be re-issued in the form of a Complete IT Gift Voucher, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the same way the payment was made.

Please note: all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Complete IT.

Please allow up to 14 days for credits to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

Gift Vouchers

Please ensure all Complete IT Gift Vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher to offset that cost.

All Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.

Complete IT Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
There is a difference between a "Purchased" Voucher and a "Promotional" Voucher. A Promotional Voucher is one received as part of a competition, incentive or offer. A Purchased Gift Voucher is one that is not associated with any promotion, incentive or offer and the customer has paid for the complete cost.

Please be advised: Promotional Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, then begin a new purchase to use the second.

The same applies; no matter how many Promotional Vouchers you have received. You are still able to "top up" any short fall by using other payment methods.

Promotions and Competitions

Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to Complete IT promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the Terms & Conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.

Suppliers

If you enter into a transaction through Complete IT to purchase services or vouchers for those services supplied directly by a third party, Complete IT is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier.

In all arrangements involving the direct provision of services by third parties, Complete IT accepts no liability of any kind in connection with or arising from such an arrangement.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Complete IT and Complete IT's Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Complete IT harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Complete IT or Complete IT's Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.

You further agree to indemnify and hold Complete IT and Complete IT's Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Compatibility

Compatibility between all hardware or software product/s is not guaranteed. No refund/replacement will be available for incompatibility problem/s.

It is the customer's own responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware and software to be resolved prior to ordering.

Complete IT has limited information regarding compatibility so customers are encouraged to do their own research first.

Complete IT will only make recommendations and compatibility guarantee commitment in writing. Since we do not have the technical expertise to provide all compatibility recommendations, we are unable to provide this service in all cases. We will do our best to answer any requests we receive. In this regard, customers are required to make a formal request for this in writing or by e-mail. It is generally recommended to purchase products made by the same manufacturer to minimise any compatibility issues.

Product Availability

All advertised products with the availability status 'in stock' or 'on special' are subject to "while stocks last". No lay-by or rain checks available.
Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. There is no guarantee that the product is available. If a product is not available or there is significant delay, we will contact you to determine if you would like to purchase something else, otherwise we will give you a full refund (less any transaction fees, as applicable).

We may be able to hold stock only if our level of stock permits us to (we can not hold goods that are low in stock unless a deposit has been paid).

The final price is in effect when you receive your order confirmation via email or phone.
Items in stock will be allocated and reserved only to customers with a formal purchase order and payment has been received and cleared.
